Judge Kamins will discuss recent Supreme Court and New York State decisions on Probable Cause, Standing, Street Encounters on Less Than Probable Cause, Arrests, Search Warrants and Exceptions to the Warrant Requirement including Consent Searches, Automobile Stops, Automobile and Inventory Searches, Motions to Suppress and Suppression Hearings.

Participants will receive credit for two hours of New York State Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Credit in Areas of Professional Practice.
