Another excellent resource is yourdictionary.com - which offers some of the most extensive online global language resources, including a directory of more than 290 online foreign dictionaries.

Among the many commercial translation sources, Attorney Translation Services advertises frequently in the New York Law Journal and it provides free price quotations.
